Fixed it by uninstall the Google drive update and reinstalled the update. Signed out of Google drive in Fuelio then signed back in, it asked for permission to access drive.

Fixed it, had to uninstall the Google drive update then reinstall the update, sign out of Google drive in Fuelio then sign back in to Google drive in the app.
