Sync Trip log (and .gpx) with Dropbox

I was wondering if there's a setting that when you delete files stored from trip log (.route, .gpx) in Dropbox, that the next sync doesn't re-add them again. Can what's synced already be tracked, with an option for a full re-sync if needed?
