Adds reminder when editing cost

Condition: I add cost without any reminders. Then I edit the cost, only add note.

Result: Cost is updated and reminder is added.

There shoud not be reminder.

I can't reproduce it. Could you tell me exactly what are you adding. What fields?

I create toll cost with title, price and date from the template. After save I want to edit it to add note. When I do that I get reminder for it which i didnt wanted.

I'll check that. I haven't try adding from template.
