Lack of definition
Under the Service/Maintenance category there is the option of Negative Costs (Revenue). It is not clear in which position the slider should be, left or right-hand.

I don't understand. If it's income (negative cost) - just check this option. It's not slider but checkbox as I remember. Only check it if the item is income.
