Location permission

on map screens and on gas station field in expense log screen app asks for Location Permission. It keeps asking for it even though I click Allow. Seems like a loop. Permission IS granted in Settings->Apps->Fuelio->Permissions

It happens when location services are disabled. Good idea to check that setting before asking for permission again.
