where to find this .db file ?

Settings -> Export -> And me file from /sdcard/Fuelio/backup-db/fuelio6.db.

How did you install 3.1 version? Database schema changes. Maybe you have imported old file. But you should probably know about it.

Send you and email. 

I updated like other apps using Google Play. I have not imported any data to the new one. Just enter to get some new fuelings and discover the bug.
