Fuel log and mileage tracking app for Android

Problems when importing CSVs
I have a bunch of old fueling data which I wanted to import into the app. Doing so I stumbled over a bunch of problems:
- when successfully importing a csv, the app reports a wrong number of imported lines, because the header does not contain valid data and hence ot should not contribute to the total number of data sets imported.
- when importing a csv, the app seems non-responsive. hence, when importing a large csv (690 lines in my test), android asks for the app to be killed because it is non-responsive. AFAIK one should start a new thread for the import while the main app thread just waits for the completion of the spawned thread (I guess you already did that for the stats, when the app needs some time to calculate all the stuff?)
- the app crashes when importing a csv with semicolon as column devider (instead of comma)
- the app crashes when importing a csv with odometer value using decimal point
- the app crashes when importing a csv that leaves out empty columns (meaning a csv with 5 columns (the first five in fuelio format), but the others left out, i.e. lines like "2005-12-15,108898,38.54,1,0.00" makes the app crash when imported)
- the app crashes when looking at mileage log for a car that has been successfully imported by a csv which has one or more entries with missing total price of the filling (although it is described as "optional" in the csv header). 0 (Zero) for the total price will do.

Fuel types bug
There is something wrong with the fuel types when I try to add them. Please see the screenshots attached. I'm not able to use Benzine.

fuel consumption graphic
fuel consumption graphic look awful when you don't fuel up at regular intervals.
If one's going on a trip and you fuel up 3 times in the same day, you get a unreadable vertical line.
If you fuel up 5 days in a row and then fuel up 2 weeks after, the same happens.
The interval on the graphics' line should be uniform and the dates on the bottom should reflect that.

Reoccurring cost not working
I have been using the fuelio app for almost a year now and I am very satisfied with the fuel logging capabilities.
Now i am trying to add the other costs (insurances, taxes) however the reoccurring cost feature does not seem to be working. I.e. when i try to add insurance from February this year, and select monthly occurrence, it will add the cost for February and not the subsequent months.

Export database -> program crash and close
Hi
I have a problem, 20.08.2013 (I don’t remember version) everything worked ok. Unfortunately, after update, program don’t want start (crash and close). I tried reinstalling, etc. without any result.
When I removed database and reinstalled soft, program started ok. But, after export old database, it crash and close again.
I assume that this is problem with my database but I really
need this database (many entries).
If there is a chance to send you my database and you will check where is the
problem ??
Thanks in advance (I have the PRO version.)

How Do I Import CSV Into Fuelio ?

Try to go to http://fuel.io/faq - there is sample file for Fuelio.
You should change your CSV file in Excel/Libre Office to Fuelio's format.
Then you can use import option.

Not supported by my device
I have bought a Pro version for my ZTE phone - all worked. Now trying to install to my other phone - THL W8 - but it's not suppoted somehow. Please update compatibility

Charts show wrong units and only 5 data points on fuel consumption
Lately when I first open the app it will show my charts in Liters when I use gallons and the fuel consumption chart only shows 5 previous fill ups with all others showing the full amount.
Restarting the app solves the units problem and properly switches to Gallons. However, it still shows fuel consumption for past 5 fill ups.
Device Info:
Nexus 4
Android 4.3
App Info:

Love the app! First app I've ever bought without the usage of gift cards.
